Biography

Brandon Pedersen has served as a member of our board of directors since August 2025. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Alaska Air Group, Inc. from June 2010 to March 2020 and previously served as Vice President Finance and Corporate Controller from 2003 to 2010. Prior to his positions at Alaska Air, Brandon served as audit partner at KPMG LLP from 2001 to 2003 and at Arthur Anderson LLP from 2001 to 2000. He also serves on the boards and audit committees of Trivago N.V., Saltchuk and Expeditors International of Washington, Inc. Brandon holds a B.A. in Business Administration (Accounting) and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Washington.
