Wayne Ting has served as our Chief Executive Officer and as a member of our board of directors since May 2020. From October 2018 to May 2020, Wayne served as our Global Head of Operations and Strategy. Wayne previously served as Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer for Uber Technologies, Inc. from July 2017 to October 2018. He also held the position of General Manager for Uber’s Northern California operations from 2015 to 2017. Prior to joining Uber, Wayne served as a Senior Policy Advisor at the National Economic Council in the White House from May 2012 to May 2014. Wayne has served on the board of Cimpress PLC, a multinational technology company, since May 2025. He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Political Science and Government from Columbia University.
Ann Gugino has served as our Chief Financial Officer since December 2023. Ann previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Papa John’s International, Inc., from October 2020 to May 2023. From May 2018 to October 2020, she served as Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Target Corporation. From January 2000 to May 2018, Ann held roles of increasing responsibility at Patterson Companies, Inc., including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from November 2014 to April 2018. Ann began her career at Ernst & Young LLP. She holds an Executive M.B.A. from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire.
David Spielfogel has served as our Chief Business Officer since February 2023, overseeing the company’s global government relations, business development, communications and brand functions. David previously served as Lime’s Chief Policy and Communications Officer since 2019. Before joining Lime, David was a Managing Partner of Ekistic Ventures, a seed-stage investment fund focused on companies addressing critical urban challenges. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Advisor to Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel in both City Hall and on multiple political campaigns, where he helped lead long-term policy strategy and communications initiatives. He also served as Chief of Staff at the MacArthur Foundation, Deputy Policy Director for Barack Obama’s Senate campaign, and Special Assistant for Policy in the Clinton White House. David holds an M.Sc. in International Development Management from the London School of Economics and a B.S. from the University of Michigan School of Natural Resources.
Susie Giordano has served as our Chief Legal Officer since September 2024. Prior to joining Lime, Susie served as General Counsel at Aeris IoT SaaS from June 2023 to March 2024. Previously, she spent approximately 11 years at Intel Corporation, where she most recently served as Interim General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. During her tenure at Intel, she also served as Vice President and Managing Director of Intel Capital, overseeing legal support for strategic investments, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions. Earlier in her career, Susie served as a Strategic Advisor of Deal Fusion, an M&A legal consulting firm, and held leadership roles at Sun Microsystems, including Director of M&A and Strategic Investments. She also practiced law at Gunderson Dettmer and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. Susie holds a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Emily Dancyger King has served as our Chief People Officer since July 2022. Prior to joining Lime, Emily served as Head of HR Strategy & Transformation, Talent and People Operations at Gap Inc.. Prior to that, she served as the Chief Talent Officer at McKesson Corporation. Earlier in her career, Emily held several leadership roles at Citigroup, including Chief Learning Officer, Global Head of Talent Management, and Global Head of Leadership and Executive Development. She also held learning and organizational development leadership positions at Loral Skynet and Club Monaco. Emily has more than two decades of experience leading talent management, executive development, organizational transformation, and people strategy initiatives across global organizations. She holds an M.A. in Social Sciences from New York University and a B.A. in Anthropology and Modern Languages from Western University.
Jon has served as our Chief Technology Officer since October 2024. Prior to joining Lime, Jon served as Vice President of Just Walk Out at Amazon Web Services, where he led the development of technologies that revolutionized the retail experience, including Amazon One. Earlier in his career, Jon served as Director of Engineering at Hestan Smart Cooking and was a founder at Meld. He also served as Head of Engineering at Pinterest and as a Director for the Amazon Silk team. Jon began his career in engineering and product development, building and scaling innovative technology products across e-commerce, smart technology, and transportation sectors. Jon holds a B.A. in Political Science from DePauw University.
John Jacobson has served as our Chief Supply Chain Officer since December 2021. John is a global operations and supply chain executive with 30+ years of experience scaling hardware-intensive businesses — from startups to large enterprises — across light electric vehicles, consumer electronics, IT infrastructure, and automotive electronics. Prior to Lime, John held senior operations and supply chain leadership roles at Sonos, where he scaled sourcing and manufacturing through the company’s early growth to $1B in revenue. John held senior leadership roles at Cisco in sourcing, manufacturing, and product operations, including oversight of Cisco’s global contract manufacturing partnerships. John also has held executive leadership roles for several hardware startup companies, from early stage, to late stage, to successful exits. John has extensive international experience building and leading global teams across manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, quality, and new product introduction, with particular expertise in Asia-based supply chains. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and an M.S. in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University.
Jason Famularo is our Chief Product Officer and has been with Lime since February 2022. Mr. Famularo leads Lime’s Product Management, UX Design, UX Research, Pricing, and Growth teams. Before joining Lime, Mr. Famularo served in several senior leadership roles at Amazon, and has a history of building new businesses and technologies over his 12 year tenure. Most notably, he was a founding member of Amazon Go where he helped lead the development and scaling of cashierless retail technologies. He also designed and ran Amazon’s Subscribe & Save business worldwide. Jason holds an M.B.A. from the University of Washington Foster School of Business and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Washington.
